Want to give yourself a present while adding more purpose to your day? With our Relaxercise Workshop, discover the tools and knowledge to reduce stress and stay relaxed!

This workshop is a fun and social way to spend a couple of hours with friends, family or colleagues, while learning all about stress and how to eliminate it with special exercises. We incorporate techniques from Pilates, tai chi, yoga, progressive relaxation, as well as breathing and visualization meditation to bring body and mind back in balance. You will also receive a pdf handout and/or log-in to access course materials with videos, mp3s, photos and text instructions.


Relaxercise is a unique concept where we combine stress management theory with great mind-body techniques to reduce stress. A couple of important tools to fight stress are getting enough exercise and relaxation, therefore, we call the activity relaxercise!

The first hour of the workshop is related to stress management in theory. Learn what the symptoms and signals of stress are, the effects of chronic stress, your personal tolerance level and stress responses, how to reduce stress and much more.

The second hour of the workshop is active with exercises like Pilates, yoga, tai chi, and stretching. We also practice progressive muscle relaxation and breathing, visualization and meditation techniques.
